Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lustre Co, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product purchased from Lustre Co.

Customers acknowledge that skincare and cosmetic products may affect individuals differently and that results are not guaranteed.

Customers assume all responsibility for testing products on a small area of skin before full use and for discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

By purchasing and using Lustre Co products, customers agree that Lustre Co's total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

Lustre Co makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or effectiveness. Individual results may vary.
