If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The return request must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Gift cards
• Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Lustre Co reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
